Mark leads the Home Décor Division of NBG Home. With over 20 years of industry experience, he has served in various management capacities within the organization including responsibilities over finance, sourcing, product development, and sales and marketing. Prior to joining NGB Home, Mark worked in the Audit and Assurance division of Deloitte. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree from Arkansas State University.
Senior VP of Sales & Marketing
Craig leads sales for the Home Décor Division of NBG Home. With 16 years of industry experience, he has worked as an account manager, director of sales, VP of sales and is currently SVP of sales. Prior to joining NBG Home Craig was a National Account Manager for Hormel Foods in Chicago IL. Craig holds a Bachelor’s degree from Harding University.
VP of Product Development
Terri oversees all aspects of product development for the Jimco/ J. Hunt divisions including lighting, furniture and accessories. With 12 years of industry experience, Terri’s background includes fine arts, graphic design, product development, marketing, sourcing, and merchandising. Prior to working in the home décor industry Terri was an Interior designer specializing in commercial and residential spaces.
VP of Manufacturing & Distribution
Mike directs all aspects of domestic operations for NBGHome’s Home Décor division which includes distribution centers in Southaven, MS and Corona, CA. Mike has over 25 years’ experience in manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain management as well as ERP integrations and implementations. Mike began his management career as a nuclear power officer in the US Navy. He transitioned to civilian life with Michelin Tire Corporation and Alcoa Fujikura LTD where he held various engineering and management roles before joining Patton Picture Company. Mike has been in his current role since 2014.
VP of Sales & Marketing
Canessa serves as a VP for Sales and Marketing, with specialty in the Home Improvement and Mass Merchant divisions. She has more than 20 years of experience within the home decor business, previous roles include Account Management, Product Development, Sourcing, Merchandising, and a Retail Buyer. She’s been with THDC for 10 years and is a proud alumni of Arkansas State University.
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
John leads the sales efforts for strategic product categories in lighting (portable and hardwire), accent furniture and home decor products. He works with specific retail partners in various aspects of their businesses including product/factory sourcing, sales/inventory analysis, merchandising, quality control and category management. John has over 18 years’ experience originating with Jimco Lamp Company, now part of the Nielsen Bainbridge Group.
